The Legal Assistance Resource Center of Connecticut (LARCC) advocates legislatively and administratively for policies which benefit low-income people.

LARCC is a collaborative project of the state’s four legal services programs with whom we produce community education pamphlets and other publications, provide workshops on poverty-related issues, and coordinate training for legal services staff.
Note: If you are looking for legal advice about your individual situation, click here "How to get legal help". LARCC does not represent individual clients.

LARCC sponsors the Connecticut Alliance for Basic Human Needs (CABHN), a statewide information and advocacy network. The network has over 3,000 members who are concerned about issues affecting poor people in Connecticut. Be sure to read our newsletter, CABHN Fever.
